2023 Annual Retreat

Our retreat this year will be held at Place of Grace Retreat in Clarkrange, TN!
Bring your machine and supplies for your current projects! Lodging is included, meals are available for an additional fee. A full kitchen is available if you prefer to bring some or all of your own food. Cutting surfaces and ironing boards are provided. You are welcome to bring your own beer or wine. The entire facility is on one level with no stairs. Most bathrooms have jacuzzi tubs.
The schedule for the weekend includes a Friday night mystery make, Saturday afternoon make and take, Saturday night game, and Sunday Showcase of everyone's fabulous projects! There are goodie bags and raffle prizes throughout the weekend culminating in a final BIG raffle prize at brunch on Sunday.
At Home Retreat Option:
We will also be continuing our popular "retreat from home" option. At home participants will be provided all supplies for the Friday night mystery make and Saturday make and take, as well as goodie bag items. We we hold Zoom calls Friday evening, Saturday afternoon, and Sunday where at home participants can work on the projects in real time with the in-person participants and show off their makes.
There are a maximum of 25 combined retreat spots available, any registrants beyond that will be added to a waitlist.

In person: $175 for members | $210 for nonmembers*
Meals: $12 each for breakfast and lunch, $22 each for dinner (note: includes group delivery fee)
At home: $45 for members | $80 for nonmembers*
*Note registration for nonmembers will open on April 18, 2023

Refund policy:
Refunds are available through June 20th.
Covid 19:
Masking may be required for the event, depending on the current Covid status of the event area and/or your home area at the time of the retreat. If masking is required, it is required to be worn indoors unless eating/sleeping/bathing. Masking is always welcome, even if not required.
