RCMQG Retreat 2025
Join us for a relaxing get away where you can quilt and recharge!
You may choose to join us in person or from the comfort of your own home.
In Person
The in person event is held at Place of Grace Quilter's Retreat, Clarkrange, TN. Retreat registration includes lodging (a bed in a room shared with up to 3 other quilters, and an ensuite bath), access to a full kitchen, a 6' sewing table, and guild activities. The sewing space includes shared design walls ironing stations, and cutting stations.
You can arrive as early as 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 13, 2025. Check out is 9:00 a.m. Monday, August 18.
At Home
The at home event is held over Zoom. The Zoom room will open at 9:00 a.m. central time Thursday, August 14th, 2025 and close at 11:00 p.m. central time Sunday, August 17th, 2025. Supplies for at home attendees will be mailed to your home prior to the start of the retreat. Please provide the address you wish the supplies to be mailed to in your registration below.
Member Pricing
This event is priced according to our guild's equity pricing guidelines. When registering, please select the option that best suits your financial situation.
Members who register for the in person retreat before May 1st may choose to pay a deposit at the time of registration and the balance by June 1, 2025.
Non-Member Pricing
The at-home, non-member price is $75. The in-person, non-member price is $350. However, if you prefer, you can join the guild. Once a member, come back to the Retreat page and join us at the member price. We are happy to have you join us!
