Saleemah has been added to the bank account. She is importing data into QuickBooks and categorizing transactions. The PO Box was renewed on May 30th.
Seven Sister Quilt Guilds in Jacksonville, FL is having a Quilt Fest September 20-22 2018. Submissions are due July 25th.
The next Sewing Saturday will be July 7th.
Trina will put the Quilt Con quilt into EQ8 to determine yardage requirements and a schedule.
We will look into pop-up sew days or drives for specific cause.
Cynthia will photograph the items for the auction. Amanda will make new submission forms for the auction items. We will try to have a measuring tape at the meeting.
Amanda found a skills builder block of the month that we can do. We plan on doing one block a month at Sewing Saturdays and cross posting to Facebook and Instagram so people can participate if they are not with us. We plan to start in August and announce at the June meeting.
The Crayon Challenge is due in June. The Charm Square Challenge is due in August.
For the Make it Modern Challenge, we will draw a Modern quality from the list in the presentation Lisa made and make a mini or mug rug that highlights that quality. Photos can be used as part of the presentation if we give it again.
The Quilt As You Go workshop will be in June.
Rachel will discuss the Long Arm presentation with Jen.
There will be a shopping trip to Wilson's in July, date pending their sale announcement.
